Passerina Sparkling Brut from Marche – 2015, Gaudio Magno
From historical vineyards located in Marche region, close to inaccessible areas dominated by 100-meter-high clay cliffs (Tenuta Cocci Griffi). This is really DRY FRESH Passerina. Perfect for aperitifs great with sushi and vegetables crudités with a delicate almond finish.
Bright and straw yellow color.
According to Jancis Robinson the Passerina is an “ancient grape variety which is perhaps a relative of the Trebbiano”
