What are the delivery features for orders?

If the packages are packed in good way (styrofoam or cardboard cutout) the impact of damages is at 0.2% of the carrid packages so every eventual economic risk

Our shipping service can make available suppliers of boxes for economies of scale in order to limit packages costs for producers.

1) If the package is not packaged properly the shipping company does not pick up it

2) If the package is damaged during the transport , the shipping company stop it and returns it to the producers.

Which payment methods are accepted?

PayPal and STRIPE at the moment

How long will delivery take?

Europe:

France-Spain-Belgium-Austria-Germany : 2 days.

Sweden-Norway-Denmark-Finland : 3 days.

UK-Ireland : 3 days.

U.S.A.: 7 days.

Russia : 5 days.

China (Hong Kong): 7 days.

How secure is shopping ? Is my data protected?

The billing details will be communicate only to the direct producers like you were at your preferred winery location

After 2 days from the order your address details will be sent to our shipping service

In any case you can require the removing of your details from direct producers registry and our shipping service

What exactly happens after ordering?

Maximum 2 days and our shipping service’ll start from Assisi (Umbria) for reaching winaries in the centre of Italy (Chianti, Montepulaciano, Brunello di Montalcino, Ciliegiolo, Aglianico…)

Our other shipping services’ll start from Treviso in order to reach winaries in the other regions of Italy (from Prosecco-Amarone to Barolo. From Pecorino & Verdicchio to Nerello Mascalese in Sicily .

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You’re receive cash receipt from Italian winery and invoice from our shipping company service
