Finally we tasted the Finger Lime produced in Italy near Sabaudia (Latina).
It grows in a form slightly smaller than the Australian version. Compared to the variety imported in Italy for the restaurants in Milan , this Italian version of the farm Agricirce seems perfect for the sweet matches too.
We tried to mix it with chocolate and the result was excellent: at the palate the sweetness of chocolate balanced very well with the citrus features of this lemon-caviar.
Absolutely to taste with every kind of cheese and parmisan for cocktail party too.
